Must be Deposit Ready
Must use confirmation email to cancel/reschedule
You may cancel/reschedule services but the deposit is Non refundable!!
The material from each project can be used as advertisement by djaxxvisuals for promotional purposes
If you are late for an appointment there will be an additional cost of $25 after 15 min - After 30 mins your appointment is Canceled and Deposit forfeited -unless we discuss otherwise. You will need to reschedule and another deposit will be required.
If No Call No Show - You must pay full price of service to rebook- This will be Non-refundable!!
Remainder of Payment is due on the day services are rendered
If you want to upgrade your package - The difference in deposit/payment is due, if applicable, before service is rendered.
No Nudity or Violence is promoted

Return and Refund Policy

No Refunds! We are willing to make edits if applicable

PLEASE NOTE: I only keep video footage for a specific amount of time - typically 2-3 Weeks and then the footage is DELETED!!!

Client will have 3 edit change request at no additional cost
Additional editing after the 3rd request is $50 per edit
You may send a detailed email @ djaxxvisuals@gmail.com requesting specific changes

PLEASE NOTE: Some projects will not be editable once completed due to lack of content - Example: Live/Sporting Events
